Conditions For Cancellation
- Cancellations on orders are allowed only before they are shipped from the Sagvan Decor warehouse. For more details, please contact our customer care team.
- No cancellations are allowed once the order is shipped. In case of exceptions (at Sagvan Decor’s sole discretion), two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- No cancellations are accepted for customised orders or products purchased during sales/using discount codes.
Conditions For Return
Items can only be returned if delivered in damaged condition or if there is a finishing issue.
Please note:
- We do not allow returns on products sold in sales or with discounts. Only regular-price items are eligible for return, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
- We provide replacements, not refunds, in case of in-transit damage.
- Customised items cannot be returned.
- The company reserves the right to make final decisions on all return/exchange requests.
For returns, please share product images/videos with us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours may be rejected.
Returns are only accepted for:
- Damaged Products
- Manufacturing Defects
- Incomplete Products
- Incorrect Products
After receiving a cancellation/return request, we will initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days*.
